Returns & Exchanges – Tragic Studio 804
We take pride in our handcrafted products, each uniquely finished with artistic detail. Because of this, minor imperfections are natural and add to the character of your item. If you believe an item does not meet expectations, you may request a return, but all returns and exchanges are at Tragic Studio 804’s sole discretion.

Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
If purchased at an event, you must provide the event name as proof of purchase, and it must fall within the above timeline.
Products must be in new, unused condition with all tags and labels attached. Boxed products may be opened, but all original packaging must be included.
If you are local, you may arrange an in-person exchange within 5 miles of Tragic Studio 804’s local home studio location in Virginia.
Tragic Studio 804 reserves the right to approve or deny any return request based on the condition of the product and our return policy.
For all products bought in one of our in-store locations or on a 3rd party website (i.e. Etsy or Amazon) we are unfortunately unable to directly assist you with an exchange. You will have to contact the store or online platform for their return policy.

To request a return of a product contact us via email at TragicStudio804.com.
Please ensure “Return Request” in noted in the subject line. In the body of the email provide your order information, contact information, and the reason for your return. Include pictures of the concern to document the return request. If applicable, please also provide proof or purchase or the name of the event where your product was purchased.
We will respond via email to coordinate the return process within 3 business days.
Once the return or exchange has been coordinated and approved place your return securely in its original packaging and package with appropriate shipping materials. Ensure you include your proof of purchase inside the box.
Then mail your return to the address provided in the return confirmation email. Ensure the outside of the package is addressed to:

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We are not liable for any damage or loss of your return during the shipping or transport process of your return. This includes damage incurred during the shipping and transport process due to poor packaging of the return.

Refunds are at Tragic Studio 804 discretion based on the circumstances presented when a refund is requested.
In situation where a return has been approved, once we receive your returned product the studio will inspect its condition.
Based on the inspection of your return we will notify you if your return was accepted or declined. At that time, we will also notify how your return is being process either as store credit, refund, or exchange.
All returns, exchanges, or refund notifications will be sent via email to the email you provided with your return request.
Exchanges will be shipped, or you may arrange local pick-up or delivery at Tragic Studio 804 discretion.
Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our physical receipt of your return to process.
If the item does not meet our Return & Exchange policy or any of the conditions within are not met Tragic Studio 804 reserves the right to decline the return.
Tragic Studio 804 will contact you via email and offer to ship the item back at your expense, to donate the item to charity, or will provide an alternative solution at Tragic Studio 804’s discretion to address the return concern.
Please note we are unable to address concerns or refunds for in store purchases or purchases made on other online platforms. You must contact the store or the online platform for their return policy. All items bought at one of our in-store shopping experiences or on other online platforms will fall under the 3rd parti’s policy for refunds or returns.

Returns or Refunds are not accepted for the following items:
Customized, personalized, or special-order products (i.e., custom wreaths, drinkware, fashion items, or wood burn items) are ineligible for exchange.
Undergarments, hair accessories, wooden gift card holders, holiday ornaments, holiday decor, wreaths, and digital purchases cannot be returned.
Products purchased in-store at third-party locations (e.g., Etsy, Amazon). You must contact the store or online platform directly for their return policy.
All studio designed shoes, purses, clothing accessories, fashion wear, or home décor products must be in new condition with NO signs of wear.
Products with normal variations, slight imperfections, or distressing due to the hand-finishing process.
Products that were washed or cleaned that did not follow our garment care guidelines.
Products purchased via a promotional sale, or any item discounted during a transaction conducted by Tragic Studio 804 or a 3rd party in connection with Tragic Studio 804.

At Tragic Studio 804, every item is crafted with dedication, time, and artistic precision. Many of our products are custom-designed, hand-finished, and made to order, ensuring each piece is uniquely tailored to our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our creations, we do not offer refunds on any customer orders.
All custom order sales are final and ineligible for returns or refunds.
Once a custom order is placed and a deposit has been paid, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for any reason. This includes the deposit placed for the custom order. Custom and made-to-order items require extensive time and effort to create, and therefore, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
All Tragic Studio 804 items are hand-finished and one-of-a-kind. Small imperfections, variations in texture, or distressing are intentional and part of the artistic process. These characteristics do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for return.

If a custom product was received defective or damaged upon initial delivery, customer must notify us via email (TragicStudio804@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery time and date tied to the shipping tracking number.
In your email, please provide photos, an explanation of the damage, and information regarding your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Prompt communication is necessary as we ensure all custom orders that shipped from our studio.
We will review your claim and will reply no later than 3 business days to arrange a solution to address the concern or exchange as deemed appropriate.

Our flannels follow U.S. Standard Unisex Sizing, ensuring a comfortable and versatile fit. However, due to the nature of the fabric, some shrinkage may occur after washing and drying. For the best fit, we highly recommend ordering one size up, especially if you prefer a looser or oversized look.
